- Udyog Aadhaar

Technical Feasibility Reports are prepared for project reports submitted by industrial entrepreneurs for the sanctioning of loans and are provided to financial institutions. - KSWIFT (Kerala Single Window Interface for Fast and Transparent Clearance)
An online system called KSWIFT is available to facilitate the speedy issuance of licenses and permissions required from various departments and boards for starting industries. - Entrepreneurship Development Clubs (ED Club)
Knowledge and strategies are regularly imparted through colleges and technical educational institutions to foster an entrepreneurial culture among youth. - Vyavasaya Keralam Magazine
A monthly magazine published by the Industries Department containing articles and news beneficial to industrial entrepreneurs. - Hand Hold Service
Hand Hold Service is provided to entrepreneurs to assist them in establishing their industrial units. - Interest Subsidy for Micro Enterprises
A subsidy of 6% to 8% of the interest on bank loans is reimbursed. - Entrepreneur Support Scheme

- Initial Assistance for Creating New Employment
For each employee created after 1 April 2016, 75% of the contribution paid by the entrepreneur/employer (Micro/Small) towards ESI and EPF is reimbursed as a subsidy for the first 3 years. - Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP)
Under this scheme, unemployed persons can start new enterprises through bank loans. Loans up to ₹25 lakh are available for manufacturing industries and up to ₹10 lakh for service enterprises. Up to 95% of the project cost is sanctioned as a loan, and a Government subsidy ranging from 15% to 35% is provided. - Micro and Small Enterprise Cluster Development Programme
Small-scale industrial enterprises manufacturing the same products and concentrated in the same area are included under the Cluster Development Programme. Various assistance schemes are being implemented with the support of the Central and State Governments. - Financial Assistance to Units Operating in the Handicrafts Sector (ASHA)
A subsidy of 40% to 50% of the fixed capital investment is provided.
