The responsibilities of the Finance Standing Committee include identifying sources of funds for projects, determining the budget in a rational manner, and preparing project estimates accurately and systematically.

It is also responsible for recommending projects to be included in the plan for improving public administration, and ensuring the accuracy and legal validity of the projects prepared based on such recommendations. After verification, the committee submits the projects for approval and recommends them to the governing body for final decision-making.
